Working with women all these years, I have seen the difference happy in life makes when it comes to achieving success in personal ambitions. I ran this program back in 2019 with amazing results. That program was 2 weeks, but almost everyone got what they needed from it in the first week, so I’m keeping it to one week and planning it for the week before I start the Becoming Me Program.

You can just listen to the podcasts or join me in a discussion group. Either way, everyone should up their happiness level just because it’s a much better way to live.

3 Month Becoming Me Program

Cost: Podcasts are Free. Working with Carlene for this program is $150 for the full three months.

Determining what it is that keeps us from being the woman we want to be. In this program, we will work together to learn techniques to determine what we really need and want in our lives. To stay positive and on-track we will use meditation or prayer to focus each morning. No negative self-talk is allowed. We will continuously work on bolstering our self-confidence, skills, and motivation.

Focus

Through meditation, discussion and honesty, figure out what it is we want to accomplish in the 3 months of this program. Not to try but to focus on a singular goal for the 3 months so we can get started on becoming who we want to be.

Determining Direction

Now that we know what we need to do, it’s time to set realistic smaller goals that we can work on each day to bring us toward that 3-month win.

Breaking Thru

Working through the barriers we put up that sabotage us for this one specific overall goal.

Action – Stopping Procrastination – Avoiding Perfectionism

Getting up and practicing or doing what is needed to accomplish this one specific goal.
